Heat Pump Program

<empty> BTES offers our electric residential customers several programs to help you be more energy efficient while remaining comfortable. One of those is assistance in purchasing and installing an electric heat pump.

The benefits of an electric heat pump include year-round comfort, single system economy and efficiency, dehumidifies, years of reliability, flameless, indoor air quality, safe, clean, and it increases your home's resale value.

Our electric heat pump program requires no down payment, and your payments are conveniently added to your monthly electric bill.

Each participant receives a free 40-point inspection and a list of approved quality contractors. These contractors are licensed and insured and have agreed to install heat pumps that meet program standards. New and existing homes are eligible for this program, featuring loan terms up to 10 years.

Other programs include our Water Heater Program and our Energy Savings Loan Program.
