BTES offers several convenient ways to pay your bill.

By Mail
You may mail your payment to us in the envelope provided with your bill.

In Person
You may pay your bill at our offices at 2470 Volunteer Parkway from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, using a check, cash or money order.

Bank Draft
You may set up an automatic bank draft so that you never have to worry about writing a check or missing a payment because you’re on vacation. Customers bank accounts are drafted the current amount due on the due date. For bank draft customers to contribute to Help Your Neighbor each month, click here.

Check by Phone
To pay your bill by phone, call 423-574-1729. You will need your BTES account number and your check. The automated system will walk you through the process. All the information you need is imprinted on your check.

After Hours
We have two after-hours drop boxes that you may use to make your payment. One is at our office on Volunteer Parkway. The other is in downtown Bristol next to the courthouse. The courthouse is at 801 Anderson St. Our drop box faces 8th Street.

Other Locations
Payments may also be made at several local banks. They are Bank of Tennessee, Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth Bank), Citizens Bank (formerly Twin City Federal) and First Tennessee.
