BTES offers several convenient ways to pay your bill.

Bank Draft
You may set up an automatic bank draft so that you never have to worry about writing a check or missing a payment because you’re on vacation. Customers bank accounts are drafted the current amount due on the due date. Click here for the bank draft form. Simply complete the form and return it to BTES. Check by Phone
To pay your bill by phone, call 423-574-1729. You will need your BTES account number and your check. The automated system will walk you through the process. All the information you need is imprinted on your check.

NEW! Online Using an E-Check
Payments can now be made online using an E-check. You will need your account number and password, both of which are printed on your bill, and the information imprinted on your check. The system will walk you through the steps. A fee of $1.00 will be charged for each transaction. Click here to log-in to your account. You will be able to view your bill, check your balance and pay your bill.

Online with Credit/Debit Card
Payments can now be made online using a debit or credit card. You will need your account number and password, both of which are printed on your bill. A convenience fee of 2.45 percent will be charged for each transaction. Click here to log-in to your account. You will be able to view your bill, check your balance and pay your bill.

By Mail
You may mail your payment to us in the envelope provided with your bill to P.O. Box 549 Bristol, TN 37621.

By Person
You may pay your bill at our offices at 2470 Volunteer Parkway from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, using a check, cash or money order.

Drop Boxes
We have three drop boxes that you may use to make your payment. Two are at our office on Volunteer Parkway – one is in the parking lot between Avoca Elementary School and the BTES office, and the other is located in the drive-thru lane, which is on the side of the building closest to the drive-in theater. The third drop box is in downtown Bristol next to the courthouse. The courthouse is at 801 Anderson St. Our drop box faces 8th Street.

Other Locations
Payments may also be made at several local banks. They are Bank of Tennessee, Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth Bank), Citizens Bank (formerly Twin City Federal) and First Tennessee.
