This automated system tracks outages and helps us quickly pinpoint where the problem is located. It uses caller ID technology, making it very important that we have your correct phone number on file. So, verify your phone number on your next electric bill!

Power outages are automatically reported if you have our Fiber Optic Cable and/or Internet Service. Our dispatcher can detect if your power goes off and when it comes back on. This system helps BTES have more knowledge of our power system and helps us restore power faster.
