BTES offers several convenient ways to pay your bill.
You may set up an automatic bank draft so that you never have to worry about writing a check or missing a payment because you’re on vacation. Customers' bank accounts are drafted the current amount due on the due date. Click here for the bank draft form. Simply complete the form and return it to BTES. For bank draft customers who are interested in contributing to Help Your Neighbor each month, click here.
Download the free app by searching "BTES" on either the Apple App Store or the Android Market from your mobile device. After you have downloaded the app, you can view your account, view your bill, make secure payments directly from your mobile device, view your payment history and so much more! You will need your BTES account number and password which is located on your most recent bill. The password will not appear on subsequent bills once you log-in for the first time and set the password to your personal preference. You can choose to have the app remember your account number and password after you have set it. For FAQ and more information, click here.
