Exciting improvements are coming to BTES! We’re launching a brand-new customer information system designed to make your account easier to manage.
Beginning on January 6, the current BTES mobile app and customer portal will close. At this point, you can delete the BTES mobile app from your device.
From January 6 at 5 PM through January 11, 2026, payments will be limited to cash, check, or money order in the BTES office during regular business hours. Dropbox and mailed payments will continue to be processed. All other payment methods will be temporarily unavailable.
Payment notifications via text message and/or email will not be available during this time.
Credit/debit card information stored in our current system will not be transferred to the new system.
On January 12, download the new BTES ENGAGE mobile app from the app store and set up your account.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to view and pay bills, manage account notifications, enroll in BTES programs, and much more – all from one convenient place.
