Over the next several months, BTES will be performing upgrades to our equipment, which will allow us to offer the next generation of Internet speeds. As part of this upgrade, some of our customers' fiber services will be briefly interrupted – for around 20 minutes at a time. Prior to the interruption, impacted customers should receive a phone call from BTES with the potential date and time. We know how important these services are to our customers, and we appreciate your patience during these short maintenance windows. Once the work is complete, services will automatically resume.
