- Bank Draft - Go green by signing up for our Automatic Bank Draft Program. You can save paper by not having to write a check and save money by not having to pay for postage or fuel to drop off your payment! It is the most convenient and least expensive way to pay your bill. You will also avoid any risk of paying late fees! The draft is processed the day before the past due date. If you have any questions about the Automatic Bank Draft program call 423-968-1526.
- Ebill - Go green and save paper by signing up to go paperless for your BTES bill through our E-bill option. You will receive an electronic version of your bill through the email address you provide.
